What Is Our Return/Exchange Policy?

Every product shipped by Urban Professor meets our CARE-er PackageSM promise. A commitment we gauge and yes, you guessed it...define success by.
Though we aspire for 100% satisfaction with our items, we understand that there are some things that occasionally don’t go as planned. Be it the fit of a product, product appearance being different than expected when purchased online, or simply just not enough compliments upon pulling it out of the box, sometimes it happens to even the best of us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and/or gift, you may return them for a refund or exchange them for a new item.
We ship all domestic exchanges for free through our Standard service, even if you add additional items to your original order!
To receive a refund or an exchange: items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in new condition, in the original packaging and postmarked within 21 days of the item shipped date as provided per your order tracking # provided to you at the time of order originally shipped. Please also include the original packing slip when returning any items.
The first step is to submit your order information on-line via email to email@example.com.
After submitting, a link to your prepaid label will be emailed to you. Print the pre-paid shipping label from the e-mail and attach to your return package.
A $7.99 fee will be charged for returning items using the pre-paid label. You can drop your package off at any United States Postal Service (USPS) location.
Any credits for your return will be issued back to the original credit card. We do not refund shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within seven to ten business days of initiating the return, depending on your financial institution. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
We don't offer prepaid labels for customers residing outside the contiguous US. For these customers, please send back the materials to our address with your chosen shipping provider. If you are returning a shipment internationally, be sure to mark it with NO VALUE. Any international packages shipped to us that are marked with any value (thus imposing duty payment upon us) will be refused by Urban Professor.

*Please note that our return policy does not apply to e-gift cards or monthly “The ComeUP” theme packs. Items marked down for periodical site wide sales are only eligible for exchanges.
By law, we are obligated to apply our return policy in a uniform manner, so if you are returning any items, be sure that it is within our 21-day policy. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return.
Quick & Easy Exchanges
Love your purchase but need it in a different size or color? We're happy to exchange it if we still have the item in stock. To start an exchange click here, and indicate the preferred item, size or color.
We'll ship you your new item right away–but we'll have to charge you for the purchase (we'll waive the return shipping of the original item). Upon receipt of the original item we'll also credit you for the cost of that item. This is the most efficient way to ensure that you get your new item–and that you receive it as quickly as possible.
