Hope Realized – 2nd Anniversary of President Obama’s Inauguration

By now, we’ve read, listened, heard, and/or seen the story of the former Junior Senator that ascended from his basement office to the highest office in the land and the leader of the free world.

Many of us will never forget where we were when we saw that same Senator take an oath before the nation.  It was literally unlike anything we saw before.  Some of us experienced the cold of January 20th, 2009 and were only comforted by the warmth in our heart of being witnesses to a dream realized.

With no shortage of challenge or successes, President Obama continues to find his path and write his legacy as do many of us.

In honor of the 2-year anniversary of Hope witnessed, and as part of that overwhelming crowd on January 20, 2009, the Urban Professor family salutes President Obama.

We take today to acknowledge the efforts, persistence, strides and hopes of every entrepreneur, small business owner, Jr. Senator, intern, student, councilman, and individual that believes that things as they exist today aren’t bad, but can be far better.  Those that believe their contributions to society are worth the pain of its creation.  Every dreamer that seeks to LIVE and not simply to exist.

Cheers to you and the pursuit of your unique purpose.  May the next success story be of you, and if not, may the one after that, as the world needs your quest for change and hope.

As we say at Urban Professor, U DEFINE SUCCESS, and we support you.
